Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels

In 2021-2022 academic year, USJ’s incarcerated students awarded “Outreach Programme – Prison Education Scholarships” by Social Welfare Bureau. USJ’s department of Social Work also assisted in organising the “World Social Work Day” in Macao.

Policies

In order to promote good governance, USJ has a policy to address the risk of corruption and bribery, and a policy protecting academic freedom.




Stakeholder engagement

Strong institutions promote stakeholder participation. USJ is open to the contributions of industry, government, and other groups in society, and has a policy for the identification and engagement of diverse stakeholders. The contributions of our advisory boards are important to our understanding of the needs and resources of the community.
