Infrastructure provides the basic physical facilities essential to business and society; industrialisation drives economic growth and job creation, thereby reducing income inequality; and innovation expands the technological capabilities of industrial sectors and leads to the development of new skills.
KEY INNOVATIVE COLLARBORATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
USJ affirms its commitment to SDG 9 by forging cooperations/collaborations that promote sustainable industry, innovation, and infrastructure. Throughout the academic year 2023-2024, USJ signed agreements/MoUs/cooperations with different entities, including one with Macau Konghon Biomedical Technology Development Group Co. Ltd. This initiative aims to advance research in cellular nutrition and health, promoting cutting-edge scientific breakthroughs. We showcased our Institute for Data Engineering and Sciences (IDEAS) works at the “2023 Science and Technology Week and Exhibition of Achievements in Science and Technology Innovation.” The exhibition highlighted cutting-edge projects and research from USJ, demonstrating our commitment to fostering scientific advancements and technological innovation.
