This document presents a roadmap for the development of the University of Saint Joseph. It starts with our Strategic Development Plan, produced through a collegial procedure that involved academic and administrative staff; that is followed by the University’s Graduate
Attributes, which define the essence of the University’s Educational Framework. To complete the underlying dynamic, we developed a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators, to allow monitoring and cross-correlation in the execution of the strategy, and an overarching Quality Assurance & Enhancement Framework. At the centre, driving the academic life of the institution, lie the Vision and Mission of the University – the first in this brief sample of documents.
